We want you to love your labels
But if something's not quite right, we're here to sort it out. Here's everything you need to know about returning your Plastered Plonk order.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After that, we're afraid the wine's been poured and we can't accept returns.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your labels must be:
- Unused — still in their original, unpeeled condition
- In the same condition as received — undamaged and in original packaging
If the labels have been applied to a bottle, we're unable to accept them back (we've all been there, but sadly we can't un-stick them).
How to Start a Return
Drop us an email at hello@plasteredplonk.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with instructions on where to send your items.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be held responsible for returns that go missing in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
Custom Labels
Custom labels are final sale and cannot be returned. Because each custom label is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items once your order has been placed. Please double-check all personalisation details before confirming your order.
